Objective
The objective of the EnterSTEAM project is to enhance the quality, inclusivity, and innovation of education by integrating STEAM education with entrepreneurship, digital tools, and sustainability. It aims to address socio-economic and digital disparities, promote social inclusion, and improve the labor market relevance of education by:
- Building the capacity of educators, particularly in the VET sector, to provide demand-driven and opportunity-focused education.
- Improving key competencies like entrepreneurship, critical thinking, and digital skills to better align with labor market needs and foster lifelong learning.
- Promoting collaboration between formal, non-formal, and vocational education sectors to bridge gaps and create synergies across diverse learning environments.
- Empowering disadvantaged groups, such as Roma communities, refugees, and economically challenged populations, to participate in inclusive and impactful education.
- Inspiring innovation through practical, STEAM-based learning experiences that address real-world challenges and prepare students for future opportunities.
Through these objectives, the project seeks to create a sustainable and inclusive educational model that promotes cross-sectoral collaboration, environmental responsibility, and global competitiveness.
