LTT in Bucharest
Learning, Teaching and Training Activity (LTT) – Bucharest, Romania
As part of the Erasmus+ KA2 project Enter STEAM, a three-day Learning, Teaching and Training (LTT) activity was successfully organised in Bucharest, Romania, bringing together educators from six European partner countries. Hosted by CPDIS at the AHA Center, the LTT took place in June 2025 and focused on strengthening educators’ competences in STEAM education through the lenses of inclusion, creativity, and entrepreneurship.
The LTT aimed to equip participants with innovative, non-formal and learner-centred methodologies that can be transferred to vocational and non-formal education contexts. Throughout the training, educators explored how STEAM-based approaches can reduce inequalities, promote EU values, and respond to contemporary socio-economic challenges. Interactive methods such as World Café, role play, storytelling, Open Space, and playtesting were used to encourage collaboration, peer learning, and the exchange of good practices.
The programme combined structured learning sessions with hands-on workshops, reflective discussions, and cultural activities. Participants actively contributed to the enrichment of the Enter STEAM digital toolkit and repository, tested practical tools, and co-created scenarios and learning activities ready to be implemented in their local contexts. A strong emphasis was placed on empowering participants to act as multipliers, ensuring the dissemination and sustainability of the project results beyond the training itself.
