The EnterSTEAM project addresses pressing educational and socio-economic challenges by integrating STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) education with entrepreneurship, inclusivity, and sustainability. It aims to bridge disparities in digital competencies, social inclusion, and labor market alignment across Europe and neighboring regions. By promoting digital tools, innovative teaching methodologies, and non-formal education, the project fosters active citizenship, environmental responsibility, and equitable opportunities for disadvantaged groups, including Roma communities, refugees, and economically challenged populations.
Focusing on critical skills like entrepreneurship, critical thinking, and social competencies, EnterSTEAM enhances the capacity of educators, particularly in vocational education and training (VET). Activities include the development of a research, a guidebook, digital toolkits, STEAM workshops, and stakeholder engagement to align education with labor market needs and inspire lifelong learning. By promoting cross-sectoral collaboration and practical, STEAM-based learning, EnterSTEAM strives to build an inclusive, sustainable, and innovation-driven educational framework that prepares students for real-world challenges and future opportunities.
